Designed for families and graduates seeking a deeper story. This 2-hour experience includes multiple locations and outfit changes to capture every side of your current chapter. See the Family Gallery.
 
For special occasions: from $800
It includes:
• Planning consultation (by phone or email)
• Up to a six-hour session.
• Optimized for intimate groups of up to 25 guests.
• A complete, hand-edited gallery of high-resolution digital files.
• Custom photo prints available for purchase.
This package is designed for milestones that require focused, high-level coverage, from intimate elopements to professional corporate gatherings.
Note on Guest Count: For corporate events or private parties exceeding 25 people, please inquire for custom logistics and a tailored quote.
 
Frequently asked questions
How do I officially book my date?
Your date is secured once the contract is signed and a 25% non-refundable deposit is received. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows me to turn away other inquiries for that specific time.
When is the remaining balance due?
The final 75% of your package price is due within 10 days of the invoice date following our session. I currently accept payment via cash or card through the billing website.
What happens if I need to cancel my session?
If you choose to cancel the event, the contract becomes void and no further payments are required. However, the 25% initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the administrative costs and the loss of that date in my calendar.
What if you (the photographer) have to cancel?
 
If I am forced to cancel due to circumstances beyond my control (illness or emergency) and cannot provide a skilled substitute, 100% of your funds, including the deposit, will be returned to you immediately.
When will I receive my photos?
Unless agreed upon, for standard portrait sessions, you can expect your full, hand-edited gallery within 2 to 3 weeks. For elopements and corporate events, the typical turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks. The gallery is released only after the final 75% payment is cleared.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel within 30 miles of Sumner is included, with a $1.00 per mile fee for further distances and a flat $50 fee for sessions in downtown or North Seattle to cover parking and transit time.
